Six Golds and officially now the world's finest London Dry gin, Cotswolds is world class. This fine juniper-led gin is made in the traditional London dry style by macerating juniper, coriander and angelica root into pure wheat spirit for 12 hours to allow the flavours to fully infuse. A unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender, bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed are then added to a tailor-made hybrid Holstein still for distillation. The gin is finished with naturally refined Cotswolds water. In charge of operations is the energetic Nickolas Franchino, archaeologist, anthropologist and former cage-fighter turned distiller. Cotswolds gin is robust enough for tonic and smooth enough to craft the ultimate gin martini.
