Long Clawson Blue Stilton hails from the heart of rural Leicestershire, from one of only six dairies entitled to make blue Stilton. It is the reference point for this deliciously creamy, tangy cheese and is made with enormous pride and great care. As generations of British cheese-lovers have found, Stilton goes remarkably well with Port, the salty tang of the cheese complementing the sweet, dark fruit flavour of the wine. The Port here is from the award-winning house of Andresen who first shipped their wines to Britain in 1845. This is a special gift for lovers of a grand and very tasty finish to the Christmas meal.
