Situated halfway between Nice and Aix en Provence, in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, lies Bernard Magrez’s fine Provençal estate. It boasts a mere 1.3 hectares of vines, most over 40 years old, planted on steep hillsides of limestone scree. All this adds up to intensely flavoured grapes, while a sharp dip in temperature at night ensures refreshing crispness. Séduction is a masterclass in fine, poised Provence rosé. It features Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, but also a high percentage of the white grape Vermentino, known here as Rolle. This brings a tight mineral structure and herbal intensity, which underscores the delicate berry fruit. It’s an elegant pink, worthy of its Provence appellation. A fine dinner partner to seafood.

"A lightly perfumed wine with a strong herbal element. Ripe, finely structured with great acidity" Wine Enthusiast
