Lovers of the finest Bordeaux will instantly recognise the striking orange on Château Cantelaude-Borie’s label. It’s shared by its sister property, £120+ per bottle Château Ducru Beaucaillou. That’s not all the two châteaux share, either. Both wines are made from start to finish by Bruno Borie – Château Cantelaude Borie is his brand new labour of love. Safe to say it’s impressing already. Indeed our Fine Wine Team was so struck by the quality and value on offer here that they didn’t take a single other Moulis from the 2017 vintage. This one left the competition trailing in its wake! Incredibly polished, in the style of Ducru Beaucaillou and boasting a beautiful perfume of red fruit, lovers of great Bordeaux are well advised to stock up.
