Dating back to 1812, the house was bought in 1939 by Marie-Louise Lanson de Nonancourt (of Champagne Lanson), who very successfully raised its profile around the world. Champagne Laurent Perrier Demi-Sec Harmony is aged for twice as long as the average Champagne, which accounts for its highly attractive complexity and elegance. Medium in sweetness yet wonderfully fresh, it has an intense golden hue, and a nose rich in dried fruits, toasted almonds and hazelnuts. The perfect wine to accompany your next bake off.
