White port is traditionally drunk in its youth, but Andresen realised that the high quality white grapes from their solely A-rated vines, were capable of so much more – sweet, nutty and deliciously moreish, this is a discovery NOT to be missed!

Andresen are one of the last remaining family owned port houses. A dedication to quality remains at their heart, and their openness to new ideas has led to this entirely new port category. Chief winemaker at the Andresen cellar and former head of tasting at the Port Wine Institute Alvaro Van Zellar is delighted with the result – and you can be sure that if it is up to his exacting standards, it’s something very special indeed. It certainly impressed punters at a recent London wine show and was voted ‘Wine of the Show’. The wine is smooth and inviting with an abundance of dried fruit flavours and delicious long finish. Served chilled it makes a truly outstanding apéritif, or serve with crème brûlée, cake or savour a glassful after dinner.

"A favourite for everyone who tastes this gorgeous, rich white port – and at a snip of a price!" Robin Langton
