More information
The crisp peach fruit of Alambrado Chardonny is proof of Familia Zuccardi's winemaking expertise. They have lived in Argentina since the late 19th century. During the 1950s Don Alberto started an irrigation company, and in the 1960s he planted a vineyard to demonstrate how his system could benefit grape quality. The family also developed a special ‘parral’ trellis system which lifts the vines into a series of verdant arches so the leaves can bask in the sun’s rays while the grapes are protected from burning. Full ripeness and freshness are the ideal result. With this attention to detail, not surprisingly their award winning wines have been at the forefront of Argentina’s success on the world stage. Enjoy chilled with sauced fish or chicken.
