This is a subtle, smooth tasting gin from the heart of London. It’s crafted using wheat-based spirit and nine botanicals and is the passion of Australian born Mark Marmont, a diving instructor turned gin distiller. After moving to the UK in 2007, Mark developed a passion for gin and gin-based cocktails – he lives just a few doors down from one of London’s trendiest bars. It took him two years of experimenting with this gin blend until he felt he’d got the right balance of savoury, citrus and aromatics. Using the ‘one shot’ method in his 60-litre Portuguese alembic still, he gets a lovely smooth spirit, with a great balance of bright, fresh and savoury notes.
