The signature Chase GB Gin is used as the base gin which is distilled from potatoes grown on the Chase farm in Herefordshire. After its unique botanical infusion, cold pressed English rhubarb and homegrown Bramley apples are expertly blended to create a delectable tipple for any gin lover. It beautifully encapsulates the flavours and seasonality of the English countryside that surround the distillery.
Tangy and tart on the palate, you will taste hints of soul-warming rhubarb and apple crumble with just a dash of cinnamon and of course, a healthy dose of juniper.
It pairs perfectly with plenty of ice, tonic and a garnish of apple which lets the fresh and fruity notes really shine through. And if you are feeling a little more creative, why not make into a Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Rickey combining with lime juice, sugar syrup and soda; a deliciously balanced serve to keep you refreshed all afternoon.
