Help two young winemakers – Jean-Baptiste and Amélie – in their great winemaking venture and they will reward you with their amazing Grand Cru style Fabrezan Corbières. Great soils, ancient vines, two terrific young winemakers – all the ingredients are there. And the wine is literally a stone’s throw from Gérard Bertrand’s Boutenac Cru vines, the wines of which go for £40-£60 a bottle.

Sign up for an annual case of this tiny-production, handcrafted red from J-B and Amélie. Become one of their special supporters and get your case at the unique friends-only price of just £12.99 a bottle (normal list price £19.99). You’ll pay just £77.94 for six bottles (the non-supporter price is £119.94) or £155.88 for 12 bottles (the non-supporter price is £239.88), including free delivery on your first case. That is a massive saving of over £40/£80 each year you choose to take the wine.

Montjustin Winemaker

A special under-the-radar Corbières vineyard

Here in Corbières, we have the same Saint-Emilion/Castillon story – an arbitrary road dividing two areas. Here it’s Corbières’ pricy Boutenac cru separated from those of outstanding, but less well-known Fabrezan. But J-B and Amélie are determined to make their great Fabrezan wine equally famous. So, they meticulously work with their vines to make this precious, sumptuously rich, ageworthy wine. Carignan and Grenache vines mostly planted by J-B’s great grandfather (so 80 to 100+ years old), ancient techniques … excellence every step of the way.

Château Guillem de Montjustin 2018, Corbières AOC Fabrezan

Dense ruby red with a ripe core of black berry and plum aromas, herbal notes of menthol, violet, pepper and garrigue. A rich, expressive wine with concentrated blackberry, cherry and boysenberry flavours woven through by black tea and sweet spice. It's full bodied and firmly textured, with velvet tannins and a long finish.
