Cabalié Origine
The Origine is crafted from the grapes of the two ancient, original Cabalié vineyards, planted to dark, spicy Carignan, with an odd row, dotted here and there, of the region’s other native stars. What they term a ‘field blend’. The lavish mix only adds to the delicious richness, power and ‘gouleyant’ – luscious, fruity, mouthfilling texture – of this darkly spiced red. Lavish in the classic Cabalié style, but with more heft and weight.
