What information do we need to organise a collection?


We can usually organise a collection to take place within the next 48 working hours. If there is a likelihood that you will not be around at the time the collection is attempted, we can collect the wine from a safe and out of view place. Please ensure that the case is protected from the elements. If you wish for us to collect your order from an address other than the delivery address, please provide us with the details of this along with the safe space that the wine can be left. We are able to collect wines from receptionists and concierges but we are unable to guarantee at what time of day the collection will take place.
