Non-Delivery & Cancellation
If you don't like any wine, for whatever reason, or any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery we'll replace it. It's as simple as that. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Occasionally we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value in a similar style will be supplied.
Re-directions
Amendments to orders are at our discretion but generally not accepted after dispatch.
Once goods have been dispatched a carrier's charge may be made for redirection of all our parts order.
We can only accept responsibility for orders that have been delivered to the address supplied. The customer will be liable for a delivery re-charge for all orders that need to be re-directed where incorrect addresses are supplied. The customer will also be liable for the goods delivered where the intended recipient has moved or lives elsewhere and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the goods.
We are unable to accept cancellations on any product that contains a food item (eg Port & Stilton, chocolates, pate or hampers) once the order has left the warehouse due to the perishable nature of the product.
