How do I Order?
Yes, you can write your own personalised message that will appear on a Gift Card included with your order. You will be asked to add your Gift Card message(s) after confirming your delivery address during the checkout process. You may add a brief message to the outside of the delivery box as well. Please note this service is only available with the gift service. Can I view my order history on-line? No, but again you can request this information from us. Call us on 0870 0665 698 or you can e-mail us your instructions, Click here to Contact Us. Delayed Delivery Your order will be processed on the day of receipt unless you tell us otherwise. You can delay the despatch of gift orders received in September, October and November. These gifts will arrive before Christmas. If you wish to delay your order please call one of our operators on the number above. How long do your deliveries take? Your order will arrive within a week. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands. Delivery is to residents of the UK only, excluding Channel Islands. What is the Delivery Charge? £6.99 per address plus £3.00 for each subsequent gift (from the gift range) to the same address. For example, if you buy 2 gifts sent to 2 different addresses delivery is £6.99 x 2 = £13.98. If you buy 2 gifts to 1 address is £6.99 + £3.00 = £9.99. Can I order from the web-site and have the wine delivered to an address other than my home address? Yes, you can select an alternative delivery address in the Delivery and Payment screen. Delivery to your own address For delivery of your entire order to your billing address simply select 'Deliver to my billing address' on the Delivery Options screen once you 'proceed to checkout' from your shopping basket. After reviewing your delivery details you will then proceed straight to the payment screen. Delivery to a different address If you wish to have your entire order delivered to another address, select 'Deliver to a different address' in the Delivery Options screen after you 'proceed to checkout' from your shopping basket. You may then select an alternative address from your address book or add a new address if required. Once you have reviewed the delivery details you will then proceed to the payment screen. Delivery to multiple addresses You may choose to have all or part of your order delivered to a number of different addresses.
Can I order from the website if my home address is not in the UK? Unfortunately not, but you can order by phone, mail or fax. Call us on 0870 0665 698 to speak to one of our customer service advisors. Do you deliver overseas? Delivery is to residents of the UK only, excluding Channel Islands. Can I return any items? Yes, every gift is covered by our 100% guarantee. If you, or the recipient, are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, we will refund or replace your order without any fuss.
