Can I return items?
Yes. If you don't enjoy a wine, for any reason, call us on 0870 066 5686 or email us your instructions and we'll collect the items at our expense.
The Club's full money back guarantee means you will always receive a full refund or replacement as you wish.
I have received different wines from those I ordered. Is this correct?
If you have any queries regarding the wines you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us online or call 0870 066 5686.
To ensure your wines reach you as quickly as possible, we occasionally have to substitute out of stock wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange a collection at our cost.
