Cidre Artisanal Le Brun Brut NV

Most of Dominique Le Brun's Gold medal-winning cider from the heart of Brittany is quickly snaffled by the locals, so we were delighted (and very lucky!) to secure a tiny allocation.

Dominique ensures that only the best apples are selected by hand for this sumptuous cider. They spend four weeks in wooden crates, slowly drying to concentrate the flavours, before being gently pressed and fermented. The finished cider is then bottled and sealed with Champagne corks to maintain maximum freshness.
