Coopers is Australia's last family-owned brewery, founded by Thomas Cooper (and his 19 children) in 1862 using a recipe supposed to cure illness. Word spread and he was soon brewing for a growing band of loyal customers.

This flavour-packed gem is their flagship ale (5.8% Vol!). Made without additives and preservatives, it's the preferred choice of Australia's winemakers.

Coopers has a natural sediment the family recommend mixing into the beer for a richer flavour.
