Sam Trimboli is one of the most accomplished winemakers in the Riverina. To make Yarrunga Field he uses Australia's classic combination of chocolaty, spicy Shiraz grapes with the blackcurrant flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon.
An especially sunny vintage helps add extra layers of fruit, but it's the hundreds of expert touches from Down Under's most bemedalled winemaker that set this apart from the pack.
Crimson red with spicy aromas of plums and blackberries and a hint of vanilla. An amazing depth of blackcurrant flavour and smooth, silky oak. Enjoy with roasted lamb, pasta or barbecue fare.
