Description
Located north of St. Estephe near the mouth of the Gironde estuary, this family owned property takes its name from a vineyard once owned by an abbey.

2003 was a landmark vintage at this ancient estate, producing a wealth of superb, sun-ripened fruit. The wine was matured in French and American oak barrels for further complexity.

Vibrant red fruit aromas are joined by hints of mellow vanilla, cocoa and spice. The silky and supple flavours lead to a long, satisfying finish. A great partner to roast lamb or poultry. Delicious to drink now, or over the next few years.
