Having also worked wonders with Syrah (Shiraz) in Australia's McLaren Vale, Mark knows just how to maximise the grape's natural power. Puy de Val is everything Mark is about - inky black Syrah (so rich in flavour) from ancient, high-grown Roussillon vines.
