Hand crafted by Westend Estate's medal-winning winemaker (and ex-boxing champion) Bill Calabria who runs this winery on the outskirts of Griffith, in the heart of Riverina's wine producing area.

Bill was sure to use the best, handpicked grapes and finest oak for his flagship Chardonnay … ensuring that the wine's opulent peach and tropical flavours were perfectly in tune with its rich, buttery oak.

A complex, fresh and elegant white, it is not too hearty to enjoy on its own. It does work best however with sauced fish dishes like fish pie, as well as roast pork, chicken or spicy Thai fishcakes.
