Description
Bursting with grapefruit, peach and lime-fresh flavours, this whistle-clean white was one of the first releases from Bob Berton's boutique winery. Bob's responsible for some of our favourite wines (think Willy Willy!) and now that he's invested in a cellar all of his own, he has total freedom to experiment with new grapes and techniques.
Take blossom-scented Chenin Blanc, for instance. Best known in France's Loire Valley, it's capable of producing wines with a captivating and refreshing vibrancy. In Australia's warm climate, this grape stays crisp, fruity and fresh - especially during sensational quality vintages like 2007!
Bright yellow in colour with aromas of lime, passionfruit and apple tart. Generous nectarine and kiwi flavours. Delicious on its own, or enjoyed with creamy fish dishes or simply cold meats.
