It's made by sixth generation winemaker Louis Moreau, who employs age old methods to make his Chablis, which include a very brief spell in French oak to enhance the wine's intricate flavours.

Delicate aromas of lime and orange blossom, with a touch of vanilla. This is "unquestionably a vintage to buy" (The Independent) … but you'd better make haste to secure some!
