Apple, pear and lime aromas and floral notes too. Lovely and round with tangy, citrus and grapefruit flavours. Totally dry with complex minerally notes. The perfect partner for aromatic Thai dishes. Rich, concentrated but be warned ... very little to go round, so get in quick.
