Now he's running the family winery, where he has a small vineyard of specially planted Pinot Grigio vines from which he crafts this thirst-quenching gem.

Apple, pear and lime aromas and floral notes too. Lovely and round with tangy, citrus and grapefruit flavours. Totally dry with complex minerally notes. The perfect partner for aromatic Thai dishes. Rich, concentrated but be warned ... very little to go round, so get in quick.
