Sauvignon Blanc is one of South Africa's most talked about wine styles and here you have the top cuvée of the multi award-winning Bergsig Estate in Worcester. On the opposite side of the de Toitskloof mountains from Paarl and Stellenbosch, it's cooler and drier and the climate produces a classic aromatic style.
