Wonderfully refreshing Sauvignon made by innovative winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua, who spent some of his formative days in winemaking at renowned Bordeaux Château Haut-Brion.

2006 was a seriously good vintage for dry white wines in Bordeaux, and the grapes achieved levels of concentration rarely seen, giving leap-from-the-glass aromas and incredibly intense, ripe fruit flavours … you're in for a treat!

Bright gold colour with abundant aromas of cut grass, asparagus and hints of toasty oak. Exquisite lemon-fresh Sauvignon that's perfect with seafood such as seared scallops or roast monkfish.
