Otilia Romero and her husband Vicente Sanchez Migalion are deeply committed to showing the world 'The Real La Mancha' through their wonderfully expressive wines. And this is one of the freshest, zestiest Spanish whites we've tried in a long while.

Otilia's family have been vine growers for four generations. Vicente is a highly accomplished winemaker and President of the Spanish Association of Oenologues. This wine comes from a small parcel of 70 year-old Airen, Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeo and Viognier grown at 900 metres above sea level resulting in a wine of intensity and finesse.

Aromas of white nectarines and lemon zest. Mouthwatering freshness and impressive concentration of flavour. Serve chilled with seafood and white meat tapas or a seafood paella.
