Back in 1999 whilst winding our way through the mountains en route to Venice (a rather terrifying drive) we stopped in Volano for a taste in the cellars of award-winning winemaker - Flessati. We parted good friends with an arrangment to take as much of his fantastic white as he would let us have!
Crisp aromas of apricot and citrus spring from the glass. A mouthwateringly fresh, almost Sancerre-like 'zing'. Enjoy it now at its fresh, tongue-tingling peak. Perfect as an aperitif and has the weight to partner creamy chicken or fish dishes.
