Elegant aromas of fresh cut hay, lime blossom and citrus fruits. Praised for its “very fragrant, limey, rich textured fruits” (Rose Murray Brown MW) with crisp, stony minerality and fresh, zesty grapefruit flavour. Enjoy chilled on its own or serve with delicate seafood dishes.
