Description
A smooth, clean and ripe white made during the fantastic 2006 vintage, using the indigenous Italian variety Cataratto, as well as Graciano and Chardonnay grapes, sourced mainly from Sicily - a region that is fast developing a sound reputation for producing some of Italy's most flavoursome wines.
Dynamic young winemaker Scipione Giuliani was keen to make a blend he liked - subject to our approval - and not be constrained by appellation laws, hence the Vino di Tavola tag. Don't be fooled, though, it's anything but Vino di Tavola in taste!
