For this crisp, unoaked Chardonnay, winemakers José Gomez and Juan Torres (who have 43 years of experience between them) used grapes sourced purely from the estate's own vineyards.
Lying 1,000 metres above sea level, the grapes in these vineyards enjoy a long, slow ripening period giving them great depth of flavour, crispness and intensity of aroma.
