Don Cayetano Chardonnay 2006

With their fruit purity and naturally vibrant flavours, Chilean wines are hard to beat. This famous, family-run estate is well-known for its great quality. Luis Felipe Edwards and his son have planted vines high in the hills (up to 1000m!) where long, warm summers and cool mountain nights produce grapes rich in flavour but retaining a refreshing crispness.

To make the most of these natural advantages, they've built a lavish, high-tech winery where winemaker, Patricia Gonzalez, created this cool-fermented unoaked Chardonnay.

Golden, fresh and brimming over with attractive pineapple, citrus, melon and peach flavours. Ideal with grilled fish or delicately spicy shrimps.
