Description
When I go to Alsace, I always make a beeline to Eguisheim to taste the latest releases by winemaker Philippe Zinck.

The son of winery founder Paul Zinck, rising star Philippe is making stellar Riesling, Gewurztraminer and here, his Tokay Pinot Gris Prestige.

Characteristically opulent flavour, with a lush texture. Round, rich, and with a long finish, it has a complex and slightly smoky aroma. It is excellent with foie gras, game, white meats, and roasts. An intense, delicate wine that is equally good for sipping on its own. Lovely fresh finish.
