Hand picked grapes (when they are so ripe they attract the wasps - 'vespas' in Italian and hence the name), traditional bottling - the cork is slightly elevated, reminiscent of when they used to push them in by hand, this effervescent Italian charmer is unique and exclusive.
Lightly foaming and golden in colour, with an enchanting floral bouquet and green apple flavours, this is defintiely fizz for fun and one to enjoy with friends - or poured over crushed peaches to make Venice's famous Bellini...

A little gem of a light aperitif lively and crisp with a nice dryness
Excellent with light coloured cheeses and fruits
Less intense than true Champagnes and therefore easier drinking
Will appeal to all ages and tastes
Golden consistent colour and very moreish
And its definitely not Champagne prices"
