Description
Early indications are that Côte-Rôtie has produced one of its best vintages, so keenly priced 2006s such as Pichon's 'Rozier' are like gold dust. From a single hectare of 40-year-old vines right next door to the famed Côte Brune, this is beautifully crafted Syrah full of powerful ripe blackberries flavours held together by a taut, minerally structure.
