This is our very first sparkling Pinot Grigio, crafted by the exceptional team behind our favourite Campanula. Pinot Grigio specialists without a doubt, but also masters of the traditional art of adding sparkle to it.
Intensely fresh melon, pear and peach aromas, with a very refreshing mouthful of fine bubbles and a long, lingering, subtly spiced finish. A superb celebration sparkler!
