Sixth generation winemaker Louis Moreau employs age old methods to make his Chablis, which include a very brief spell in French oak to enhance the wine's opulent character.
With classic Chablis minerality and wonderfully intense flavours, Domaine Louis Moreau's 2005 is something very special indeed. Louis recommends his Grand Cru Les Clos be drunk with roast Chicken and creamy sauce accompanied by wood mushrooms.
