Description
We stumbled upon this cellar in the early 90s whilst looking for red wines. What we discovered was a cache of great white wines that had been quietly winning medals of a number of years.

Winemaker Michel Mouret admits, with some pride, that he works 7 days a week – his family home is attached to the winery and we’re sure that at night if he put an ear to the wall he could hear the tanks fermenting.

This fresh, zesty Sauvignon is very food-friendly - delicious served with goat’s cheese salad, asparagus or grilled fish.
