Michel who? Michel Rolland is one of Bordeaux's - indeed one of the world's - most famous wine consultants and his services are in huge demand. Love him or hate him, there is no questioning that the wines he is ultimately responsible for always make a big impression! His client list includes many of the greatest names in wine … and this comparatively modest 10 hectare estate.

Château Les Tours de Bayard is an award-winning property in Montagne-Saint-Emilion and is part of a family-owned stable of châteaux that include several Grands Crus. The wine, 70% Merlot with equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, is made by Pascal Hebrard and barrel aged in one third new oak.
