This is the first Prosecco we've offered for years, and we're thrilled with the quality - all thanks, in Alessandro's opinion, to the freshest, most concentrated premium fruit he selects from low-yielding vines to the north of Venice. Alessandro's assured touch adds an extra elegance and refinement, making this great, fashionable Venetian apéritif simply delicious!
Bright straw colour. Elegant fruity aromas of pear, apple and citrus. Delightfully smooth, fresh and well balanced, with plenty of light, refreshing bubbles. Great on its own, or with fresh peach juice in a Bellini, and with light seafood pasta and fresh cheeses.
