Absolutely fantastic! In fact, we discovered this by purchasing the France's Top 12 Mixed Reds Case, and each and every one was a joy to discover and appreciate. The Pigassou was a particular favorite. Very smooth from top to bottom. A red that we found would be compatible with any meal we prepared.
