Description
Luis Cañas is the 75 year-old patriach of this award-winning cellar,and his family has grown vines and made wine here for over two centuries. Despite having ‘retired’ recently, Luis spends every day here, doing everything from painting to tending the tomato vines which grow along the vineyard walls, proving a wholesome snack for hungry workers during harvest.

Laden with classic black and red fruit. 24 months’ ageing in small French oak barriques adds lovely depth. Dense fruit, with truffles, nutmeg and a finish that lingers for hours.
