Description
From a beautiful winery in an ancient monastery, winemaking legend Gonzalo Rodriguez (previously of Vega Sicilia) crafts exquisite wines.

Gonzalo sets aside plots of old vines and gives the grapes extra long ‘hang time’ to develop full ripeness and impressive concentration. Hand-harvesting and 18 months’ maturation in new oak give roundness and depth to the wine, which will be beautifully evolved on release. Gorgeously smooth with vibrant, bramble and cassis flavours rounded by hints of spicy oak.
