The Martínez Bujanda family are one of a handful of Rioja bodegas to own all their own vineyards – giving them total control over ripeness, yield and harvesting. Voted in the World’s top 50 wineries by Wine Spectator 9 years running, brothers Carlos and Jesús refuse to rest on their laurels, saying “We treat each vintage as our first and make it the best we can”.

Rare parcel of 2001 Gran Reserva boasting the kind of style that can only come from the very best old vines, hand harvesting, tiny yields, skilled winemaking and two and a half years’ barrel ageing.
