Lovely citrus and white flower aromas. Crisp and elegant - a harmony of subtle apple, almond and citrus flavours with a minerality and length suggesting a far more expensive Chablis. Ideal as an aperitif or with fruits de mer, asparagus dishes or grilled Dover sole.
