Blanc Limé is made to an authentic French recipe. Quality dry white wine with a dash of lime, gentle spritz and a subtle touch of fragrant herbs. Fifty years ago this was the style in the cafés of south-west France, yet it might have disappeared without the efforts of restaurateur Jean-Pierre Xiradakis.
Co-owner of the celebrated Bordeaux eatery La Tupina, Jean-Pierre is a traditionalist and set about reviving the fortunes of his Blanc Limé.
Zippy citrus flavours with refreshing sweet notes and gentle bubbles. Drink between courses as an apéritif or anytime you require refreshment - at only 7% you can afford to have another glass!

Blanc Limé... What a winner ! Perfect for the rare occasion we get a balmy summer's eve for sitting and eating out in the garden enjoying good wine, good food & good company. I would have to agree with the previous review.. Ours arrived in time for the Easter weekend and from the first glass it was a hit.. What a wine for the Summer! Case arrived just in time to open for the Easter holidays. Fortunately Mother Nature forgot it was the first Bank holiday of the year and the weather was fantastic! So too was the 'Blanc Lime'! Try hard to drink one glass only. So crisp and refreshing on a warm sunny day. One glass at a sitting? No!
