Description
This lovely family estate has a long tradition of winemaking. Lying in the Entre-deux-Mers town of Pujols, its 22 hectares produce only tiny volumes of this complex, exotic white Bordeaux. For Château Frédéric, Monsieur Arino's favourite, citrus-charged Sauvignon Blanc is given richness and depth with oak-fermented Sémillon.

"Pale gold with intensely lemony aromas and exotic spice notes. Ripe favours with vibrant citrus fruit and complex toasty spice. Excellent with garlic roasted chicken, salmon en croûte or creamy pasta."
