Here Jean-Christophe Dupré insists on fermenting in fine oak barrels normally reserved for expensive Meursault. Exciting (and rare) to be able to release this at three years old, nearing gorgeous maturity.

Complex aromas of vanilla toast and spicy orange citrus. Meursault-like in its rich, buttery apricot depth and long finish.
