A feast of fresh flavours, this mouthwatering Sauvignon comes the Ossa family's vineyards - irrigated by mountain snowmelt and shaded by 1000-year-old palm trees.
One of the oldest estates in Chile, the family has worked hard over five generations to develop their vineyards, which produce Sauvignon of intense flavour. Their richer soils, less favourable for vines, are used to grow Chile's famous avocados and citrus fruit.
Intensely fresh with crisp flavours of grapefruit, green apples and tropical fruit. Wonderful as an aperitif and when paired with crab, grilled trout or mild Asian cuisine.
