This is a crisp, minerally white with attractive ripe fruit from the Luis Felipe Edwards cellar. Having made his money in the construction industry, Luis Felipe purchased a small piece of land, and slowly bought up more and more vineyards, so that today he owns all of a small valley in Colchagua. He also renovated a beautiful old colonial house in the valley, sparing no expense and adding a state of the art winery. Luis Felipe's chief winemaker, Cristian Riojas, has worked at the legendary Château L'Evangile in Pomerol, and won the 'Best Carmenere' Trophy at the 2006 Wines of Chile awards.Made from a selection of the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes on the estate, this white makes a lovely partner for grilled white fish, salads, or seafood.
